My job as your Coach will be to provide coaching support towards a life of where you have optimal performance, adding value to yourself, so you can add value others. We will partner to create a customized coaching approach that works with the your time and schedule.

I have have approximately 20 years of coaching, human resources, and leadership experience where I have managed and directed teams of 40+ direct reports prior to leaving my corporate job to pursue my purpose full time, which is coaching. I have a passion for coaching and helping other people who have a passion to lead and serve others.

 

This program requires a 6-month commitment and includes:​

• 12 virtual coaching sessions (2 sessions a month)

​The 3-month program requires a 3-month commitment and includes:​

• 6 virtual coaching sessions (2 sessions a month)

  • Personal and professional development, goal setting,  leadership and strategic planning, consulting and guidance on team performance, and support

• Weekly check-ins for accountability and support to track progress and adjust plans

• 24/7 real time support
