Being a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) has been a dream of mine for years. Throughout my journey of healing, yoga is a practice that helped me as I began to heal holistically and become fit and healthy again. Not only has yoga helped me become stronger and mobile again, but yoga also helped me work through the chronic pain from lupus, and reconnect with myself and my body in a healthy way. In addition, yoga has helped me learn how to deal with stress and anxiety positively. Discovering yoga was such a blessing to me I just want to share it with others. The Discover Your Power® Virtual Yoga Studio will help you awaken and balance your mind, body, and soul with rejuvenating vinyasa yoga flow sessions. These yoga classes are for any and all levels focused on well-being, fitness, mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. You'll have access to prerecorded yoga classes and playlists to grow and improve your yoga practice on your own time. Make sure to have your own yoga mat, water, towel, and if needed a yoga block for support.
