This program will help you create a plan to figure out what to do, take steps forward, as well as help you manage all the feelings, emotions, and changes that are starting to develop inside you. Research supports the pursuit of a purposeful life as a healthy lifestyle change to improve your health and well-being.
 
I was in a career that I felt wasn't aligned with who I truly am or my purpose in life. During this time I was extremely unhealthy and unhappy. I came to a point where I got tired of being unfulfilled, not being true to myself, and my life's purpose. That is when I decided to surrender to the process of my spiritual awakening, live authentically, pursue my purpose in life and be a full time coach to help others pursue their purpose in life too.
