Are you working toward your International Coaching Federation (ICF) or National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification? The journey toward becoming a certified coach is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to demonstrating the coaching competencies, preparing for evaluations, and navigating the certification process with confidence.

That’s where mentorship coaching comes in.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) with nearly 20 years of professional coaching experience, I bring both real-world expertise and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive as a coach. I currently serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching program at Saybrook University, where I mentor emerging coaches at the graduate level who are eager to grow their skills, strengthen their confidence, and align with the highest professional standards in the field.​ I have a proven track record of helping coaches feel ready and confident for certification.

This program requires a 3-month commitment and includes:​

  • 3 virtual coaching sessions (to be completed within 3-months of your application period)​
